Creative Chiang Mai, CMU STeP, with partners CMU SPP and CityLab organized a Workshop as part of our Smarter Society initiative using the SDG Card Game to explore the impact we have on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the impact the achievement (or non-achievement) of the SDGs has on us (or organizations, cities…) and how better collaboration and partnerships can lead to a more sustainable world.
What is Creative Chiang Mai?
Creative Chiang Mai (CCM) is an initiative to promote creativity and innovation to develop Chiang Mai.
The logo shows the city walls of Chiang Mai, the colors reflect creativity and the slightly turned square center symbolizes innovation.
Creative Chiang Mai was established by the Governor of Chiang Mai on 30 August 2010. A committee was set up including over 40 representatives from organizations and agencies appointed by the Governor. More members joined over time. The Chiang Mai University Science & Technology Park is the Secretariat of the committee and initiative.
